Cookies, and how few of them there are
This is a short page because there is very little to describe. The site is built as static pages. It has no accounts, no basket, no login and nothing to remember about you between visits.
What is set without asking
Only what is strictly necessary to serve the pages and keep them secure, which under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations does not require consent. That covers basic security and delivery, and it stores nothing that identifies you.
What is not set unless you agree
Anything measuring how the site is used. Analytics of any kind wait for a clear yes and do not run beforehand. Declining is a single click, it is as easy as accepting, and nothing on the site stops working if you decline.
There is no advertising network here, no tracking pixel, no social plugin and no profiling of visitors for any purpose. Nothing about your visit is sold or shared.
Changing your mind
Your choice is remembered only so you are not asked on every page. Clearing your browser data resets it and the question will be put again on your next visit. You can also refuse everything optional in your browser settings and the site will behave normally.
What never goes in a link
No booking detail is ever placed in a web address. No name, no hotel, no room number and no message content appears in a link, a query string or an analytics record, so nothing about an enquiry can leak through a shared or logged URL.
