What the desk knows, and for how long
A booking here produces a very small amount of information: a name, a hotel, a room number, an hour. This page says where each of those goes and when it stops existing.
It is written for people who are away from home and would rather not think about it twice.
What you give the desk
Your full name, the hotel in full, and the room number once you have one. For a private address, the street, the postcode and a landmark instead. A flight number if you are still travelling. That is the complete list and the desk does not ask for more.
Those details exist for one reason, which is to get the right person to the right door at the right time. They are not used to build a profile of you, they are not matched against anything, and they are never passed to anyone who is not part of that evening.
Where the conversation happens
On WhatsApp or Telegram, whichever you choose. Both are encrypted between you and the desk. The desk has no preference between the two, so use whichever your phone already has.
The website itself collects nothing. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter and no field that captures a booking detail.
How long it is kept
Only as long as the booking needs it. Once the evening has happened, the practical details are deleted from the desk's side. What may remain for a short period is the minimum required to resolve a dispute or to answer a safety question.
You can delete your side of the conversation whenever you like. That is your copy and nothing on this side depends on it.
Who sees what
The companion attending is told what she needs in order to arrive: the hotel, the hour, the room number, your first name. The desk keeps the rest. Nobody else is involved at any point.
No information is sold, rented, shared with a marketing service or used for advertising, because there is no advertising here to use it for.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Send that request through the same chat and it will be answered promptly and without a form.
The site sets nothing optional in your browser without a clear yes, which the cookies page covers, and no booking detail ever appears in a web address.
Discretion at the door
Practical privacy matters as much as the legal kind. She dresses for the building she is entering. She does not say your name at a reception desk. She will text from the lobby rather than ask for you, and the room number travels by message rather than out loud.
